Tasting notes : Tradition

From a pale yellow color, slightly golden, this Monbazillac will offer you a different experience with sweet wines because we tried to find the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity to make it pleasant to drink. In mouth you will find quince, whites flowers and honey aromas.

Harvest conditions

In Monbazillac, we use the late harvest way to produce our sweet wines.

We usually start to pick up the grapes, always by hand, in November in order to let the noble rot develops on the grapes. The grape will be so dry that it will concentrate the sugar insinde and makes it naturaly sweet.
