This semi-sweet cuvee has the perfect balance between sucrosity and minerality, it will offer you freshness and sweetness. Between a dry and a sweet wine, P’tits Sémillon will please your taste buds with some exotic notes, white peach, and litchi flavours.

Harvest conditions

For the P’tits Sémillons harvest we are looking for sweet grapes but not as sweet as the Monbazillac. So we make sure the grapes have a good maturity but not rotten like the botrytis. In order to have a wine with a lot of fruit and a touch of sweetness. We harvest by the machine around October.
